There when you need us. Calibre Connections can offer a tailor made support package for your school, no matter what the size. We offer our clients a full telephone, on-site and remote support service, to diagnose and resolve either directly or indirectly hardware & software related issues.

Working with your Schools Staff....

We believe that the support to your Schools teaching staff is of the highest priority. Calibre work closely with several schools to help deliver ICT into the classroom. Whether this be supporting staff during teaching periods with the use of ICT or being on hand with advice on how to improve the use of software & hardware alike.

Monthly IT Support

Calibre will conduct a free on-site heath check and audit of your IT infrastructure prior to the arrangement or a contract with us. We will document the state of the equipment including its configuration, specification and attachment to other hardware.

PC and Server Support

Calibre can offer full on-site support for your desktop systems and servers. We aim to support desktop systems within 8 Hours of the call being logged and 2 hours for server based issues. We would initially attempt to resolve the issue remotely before an engineer is assigned onsite. We also offer support for Mac and the OS X platform.

Local Area Network (LAN) Support

Our LAN support is set up to monitor and configure the hardware and software involved in the operation of a fully functioning LAN to ensure continuity of service.
